April Fool's Day

Hello! Did you welcome March with a stirring of excitement for the promise of spring? For many people, spring brings anticipation of brighter days (both literally and figuratively). And while spring itself is certainly something to be celebrated, it also brings us closer to a day that is often over-looked by adults. April Fools' Day has been celebrated for centuries but began to gain popularity in the early 1700s. While its origins may have focused more on the 'fools' part of its name, today it really is a celebration of creativity and laughter. Since laughter is good for us, why not get into the spirit of this light-hearted season by using April 1 to spread some laughter. Of course, a good prank is one that makes everyone laugh - especially the person being pranked.
